Cancellation Policy
At AC Beauty Artistry, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations or reschedules. While we appreciate as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we want you to feel comfortable and stress-free when booking with us. If you are unable to make your appointment, simply let us know prior to 24 hours of your service date and time so we can accommodate other clients. If a cancellation or reschedule is made after the 24 hour period, a non-refundable fee of 50% of your service will be charged to the card on file. If a no-show occurs, a non-refundable fee of 95% of your service will be charged to the card on file. Our top priority is ensuring a positive experience for everyone and we thank you for your consideration.
